Toshiba’s Digital Products Division (DPD) recently announced that it will provide support to Intel(R) regarding the launch of their mobile quad-core processors and WiMAX broadband technology, along with the laptop project implementation during the 4th quarter of 2008. “Toshiba is proud of its strong relationship with Intel and as a leader in laptop technology, we strive to build innovative, mobile solutions that enhance the digital lifestyle, and we’re confident that the latest Intel Quad-Core CPUs and WiMAX technologies will push processing power and wireless connectivity to unmatched heights” said Jeff Barney, Vice President and GM, Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., Digital Products Division.
